IRVINE, Calif. (March 11, 2019) – Continuing to bring the wheel-to-wheel action of the Battery Tender Global Mazda MX-5 Cup Presented by BFGoodrich directly to its fans, Mazda Motorsports announced today that it will stream the season-opening weekend from Circuit of The Americas.

The 2019 Global MX-5 Cup season opener will also be the first race of the new Global MX-5 Cup car which features the higher-revving, 181-horsepower SKYACTIV-G engines found in the 2019 Mazda Miata MX-5. I’m confident that our racers will put on a show that will be enjoyed not only by the spectators at the track, but by fans watching online around the world.”
