CYPRESS, Calif. – Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA), the fastest-growing Asian brand in the U.S. for the second consecutive year*, today announced RC Hill Mitsubishi, located in DeLand, Florida was recognized with the annual "Best in Class" award for Dealership Service Satisfaction (DSS) based on the brand’s Diamond Satisfaction System in 2018.

The award for Top Customer Satisfaction for dealership service recognizes RC Hill Mitsubishi as the brand’s top dealer in the nation for their continued focus on improving the service and maintenance experience for customers. This emphasis on improving customer satisfaction levels for each service visit at RC Hill helps the dealer retain loyal customers while attracting new customers to the Mitsubishi brand locally and nationally.

The Diamond Star Satisfaction program was established to shed light on the diligent efforts made by MMNA dealers to ensure customers receive exemplary service and a satisfying dealership visit. DSS is comprised of a quarterly program that recognizes the dealerships with the highest customer service experience scores in each of its four districts across the country, and the annual "Best in Class" award which is presented to the year’s top dealer.
